Aberdeen-Angus cattle (AA) is a beef cattle breed, originally from Scotland. It is characterized by hornlessness and coat coloration, the animals are uniformly black or reddish-brown. It is one of the most bred meat breeds in the world. This breed is also represented in large numbers in the Czech Republic, the first calves were born here in 1992, and in 2003, Aberdeen-Angus cattle were the second most commonly bred meat breed in the Czech Republic.
